Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within utilities, energy, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Ability to understand complex products and explain them clearly to customers.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting targets.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with excellent time-management skills.

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • A team player who is also comfortable working independently to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving processes and business needs.
